Delivery

What are the delivery fees?

Good news! We offer free shipping on orders over $20 before taxes for everyone!

For purchases less than $20, the delivery fees amounts to $20.

Why are there additional fees associated with my order?

It is possible that one or several articles on your order is heavy or cumbersome. There is a surcharge for heavy or cumbersome items, such as, for example, the 4L sizes.

Certain provinces and territories, more distant from our head office or from one of our distributors are also subject to additional costs.

When will I receive my order?

We know you’re excited to receive your order, and that’s why we send it as soon as we can! You can expect to receive your package between 5 and 7 working days!

Note that, exceptionnally, some items can more time to be delivered. Also, some jurisdictions, more distant from our head office or from one of our distributors can take longer to be delivered.

Will you deliver to my door?

If you live in Canada, we will deliver to your door!

Certain parts of Canada, more distant from our head office or from one of our distributors are also subject to additional delivery fees.

What happens if I am not home when my order arrives?

There are tree possibilities according to the used method of delivery:

  • Your package can be held for a further attempt of delivery in the following days (normally next business day) if the delivery is made with a mail service.
  • Your package can be left on your doorstep if the delivery is made with a mail service;
  • Your package will be sent to the post office associated with your address f the delivery is made via Canada Post.

What is the difference between the methods of delivery?

The major difference is in regards to delivery if you are absent from your home. The mail service will left your order on your doorstep or held it for a futher attempt of delivery while Canada Post will bring it to the post office servicing your address.

The used mode of delivery will vary according to several factors such as delivery’s regions, weight and sizes of the package. Please note that for some areas, only Canada Post is available.

Can I track my package online?

Unfortunately, we do not offer another system of follow-up for parcel.

Can any product be delivered?

We can deliver almost any product listed.

 

Please note that some products of large formats could be subject to additional delivery fees.

Payment method

Can I pay with my credit card?

We accept Visa and Mastercard. No other credit cards are accepted.

A Paypal service is also available.

Can I use a prepaid credit card?

Unfortunately, prepaid cards are not accepted by the system of our online store.

When will the order be deducted from my account?

The amount will, normally, be charged to your account in the 15 minutes after your purchase is confirmed. or the Monday following your order if you submit it over the weekend. The deadline can varied according to the type of used payment and the adjustments appropriate to your account of credit or paypal.

Can I use a coupon from a provider when making my purchase?

Unfortunately no. Only Kuddly Doo promotional codes will be honoured.
